Can a Lithium Power Pack Run a Microwave?

Hi Jeff, what are your thoughts/ experiences using a Jackery 1000 (lithium power pack) to power the occasional 110V items on a boat ( mainly microwave) instead of a Honda portable generator? - Gord

Answer:

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the Jackery 1000 product. The Lithium power pack can store energy and the Honda generator can create it. In many cases, both products complement and don’t replace each other, unless you only need energy that the power back provides and you can recharge when connected to shorepower. - Jeff
