Battery Monitor Shows Low Voltage - Are My Batteries Too Weak?

Jeff, while on the boat at anchor I noticed the CD player would stop playing when we ran the water pump. My (4) T105s are 7 yrs old , The xantrex battery monitor read 12.58 but the volt meter on the panel went to 11.4. Is this due to weak batteries? Thanks Keith
