What Is the Best Way to Deliver the Correct Charging Voltage to the Lithium House Bank on My Boat?

I'm installing a lithium house battery bank on my J/133 sailboat with an internally regulated alternator run through an isolator to charge the starter and house batteries. Question: What is the best way to deliver the correct charging voltage to the lithium house bank? Wire a Sterling Battery to Battery charger downstream of the isolator on the house side?
