What Is a Good Multimeter for My Boat?

I was looking at the Blue Seas clamp multimeter #8110 mentioned in this month's Pacific Yachting Magazine "Tech Talk" and the test leads look very flimsy.  This is a concern with this meter. Can you add any further description or information. - Richard
