Bayliner 246 - "Aurora"

When Robert and Jill purchased Aurora, a Bayliner 246, they contacted Pacific Yacht Systems about installing an ignition-protected bilge heater; they thought some other aspects of the boat’s electronics might need attention, but they weren't sure what they needed. PYS spent a great deal of time discussing Aurora’s requirements and working out a plan; Robert and Jill quickly developed a strong sense of confidence in PYS’ abilities to see what had to be done and to do it well.
 
The work was completed on time and cost-effectively, and Aurora's owners were particularly impressed with the way PYS kept them informed during every step of the project. “There was a fair amount of email exchanged,” Robert says, “and they took the time to respond to all of my questions.”
