What Is The Normal Generator Frequency Range?

My 3.5kw NextGEN's output is between 59-60 Hz, 120 volts, as long it has it least 1000W load. Should load decrease (water heater cuts out), the voltage stays the same, but the frequency rises to 90-100 HZ. What effect would this have on my charger and other electronics?
Answer:
Naturally voltage matters for both DC and AC appliances. With alternating current, frequency is paramount. Having your frequency off by 50% is serious. I would recommend to have your Genset serviced.
